Due to the nature of our products being natural and Raw we do not offer returns, exchanges or refunds due to change of mind. If you have any issues or concerns with your order, please contact us within 24 Hours of receiving your delivery by emailing  purelygroundedau@outlook.com

Please inspect your order upon receiving and contact us within 24 hours if any product is deemed damaged ,  so that we can evaluate this.. Our policy is  24 hours upon receiving.

If upon evaluation a refund is applicable, the item first needs to be returned, you will need to pay for shipping. once the item has been delivered back to us unbroken and checked will the item be refunded in full.
